StorageMart partners with JCM Capital to install 640,000 square feet of solar panels on the roof of self storage properties in the Greater Toronto Area. Energy generated from these solar photovoltaic panels qualify under the FIT Program to contribute to the energy needs of the Ontario Power Authority and Ontario's electricity system.

May 25, 2010 Ontario's Solar Industry Coming Out of the Cold
Solar PV inverter manufacturer, Satcon, has recently agreed to provide 78 of its PowerGate Plus inverters to rooftop PV developer OZZ Solar. These units will be deployed on 40 separate commercial rooftop projects throughout Ontario, helping to deliver nearly 18MW of clean energy.
